Hey Y’all! Captain Matt here and I am a lifelong resident of Conway, SC, where I graduated from Conway High School in 1995 and Clemson University in 2001. Me, my wife Meredith, and two sons, Luke and Lane, started Waccamaw Outfitters in 2014 from scratch and have been developing the business every day since. I carry a USCG captain’s license and have been an avid boater my entire life. In addition to owning Waccamaw Outfitters I’m also a local Yacht Broker and Tow Boat US Captain. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Winyah Rivers Alliance helping to keep our surrounding rivers swimmable, fishable and drinkable. I have been traveling the local waters and beyond for many years and decided to make it a way of life. I personally invite you to come check us out.
